  • Indication: infection with rubella virus
  • Substrate: cells infected with rubella virus
  • Starting dilution 1:10 (IgG)
  • If antibodies against rubella virus are present, the infected calls show a fine to coarse-granular fluorescence – predominantly in the cytoplasm, but also in the cell nuclei.
