IDS i20

The random-access instrument IDS i20 (manufacturer: IDS Immunodiagnostic Systems) is a compact automation solution for the parallel processing of up to 20 chemiluminescence immunoassays (ChLIA) for autoimmune and infection diagnostics, as well as antigen detection, e.g. in endocrinology. The IDS i20 follows the well-established random-access instruments IDS-i10 and IDS-iSYS Multi-Discipline Automated System, which enable the parallel processing of 10 and 15 ChLIAs, respectively.  

The ability to load samples continuously, even via connection to a lab track, means that each patient sample can be processed efficiently and with minimal hands-on time. Together with the priority processing of emergency samples (STAT samples), laboratories with dynamic sample throughputs and varying sample requirements are given maximum flexibility for routine work.
