4. Purposes of collecting, processing or using data
Company purpose is the development, production and sale of equipment and materials for use in medical diagnostics, particularly analysis devices and reagents for laboratory-medical, biological and chemical examinations. The company performs serological analyses of samples as a service for external customers and may also produce and sale medicaments. The company may construct and renovate buildings which are utilised for company purposes and provide third parties with laboratory or office equipment, including IT devices.

5. Description of the groups of data subjects and the appurtenant data or categories of data
Customer, service provider, personnel and shareholder data and data of suppliers, business partners and other persons associated with the company, provided that the data is required to fulfil the company purpose stated under 4.

6. Recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data may be transferred
Puclic bodies in case of prior legal provisions
External agents according to § 11 BDSG
External bodies and company departments to fulfil the company purpose stated under 4.

7. Standard periods for the erasure of data
The data is erased after the expiry of compulsory storage periods required according to legal, statutory or contractual stipulations. Data which is unaffected by this is erased when the purpose stated under 4. ceases to apply.

8. Data transfer to third states
For all businesses carried out within the scope of the company purpose, data is transferred, according to the relevant international guidelines, to subsidiaries and foreign representations, cooperation and distribution partners as well as clients and suppliers in various countries within and outside of the European Union.
